Off White Calcium Aluminate Is The Raw Material Of PAC
White calcium aluminate powder reacts with hydrochloric acid to produce polyaluminum chloride (PAC) in one step. During production, first add water to the reaction tank, turn on the stirring slurry, then quantitatively add hydrochloric acid, dilute to the required concentration, and then slowly add calcium aluminate powder for reaction to maintain the normal required temperature. After adding calcium aluminate powder, react for another 2 hours. When the pH test paper is greater than 3, water can be added to dilute to a density of 1.25-1.26. After the material is deposited in the sedimentation tank, the upper clear liquid is the liquid product. It can also be dried by a dryer to obtain a solid PAC product.
