Cantionic pam wastewater treatment is a kind of sludge dehydrating agent in municipal sewage treatment plant. Cationic polyacrylamide can effectively dehydrate the sludge before cantionic pam wastewater treatment enters the press filtration. When dewatering, large floc is produced, no filter cloth, no press filter, thick mud cake, high dehydration efficiency, mud cake moisture content is less than 80%, so cantionic pam wastewater treatment is a favorite sludge treatment agent for many sewage treatment plants.

In the use of different sludge dewatering equipment, we will have different requirements for the ionic degree of cantionic pam wastewater treatment, usually we are more common mechanical dewatering methods there are three: belt dehydrator, filter press and centrifugal extraction. High-speed centrifugal filter presses usually use cantionic pam wastewater treatment with an ionic degree between 50% and 60. Under normal circumstances, the wastewater treatment coagulant ionic degree we use is generally 30%-40%. Plate-frame desliming will use cationic polyacrylamide with an ionic degree between 10% and 20%.
Therefore, when we carry out sewage desliming treatment, we must first choose cationic polyacrylamide suitable for ionic degree according to different sewage properties, and choose the appropriate sludge dewatering equipment according to different ionic degree. In this way, we can achieve the desired effect, and there is no waste.
