What's The Difference Between Spray PAC & Roller PAC?
Polyaluminum chloride produced by roller drying process and polyaluminium chloride produced by spray drying process are different in appearance, use effect and specific product indicators. Roller drying polyaluminum chloride is divided into:
(1) Natural precipitation type polyaluminium chloride: natural precipitation method is adopted in the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks without human factors.
(2) Plate and frame filter press type polyaluminium chloride: filtered through a plate and frame filter press, so that all indicators of the produced polyaluminum chloride are better than the natural precipitation type.
Spray drying polyaluminum chloride:
The characteristics of pressure spray drying are mainly determined by the working principle of pressure atomizer. Since the PAC obtained by pressure spray drying is in the form of porous particles or hollow particles, the granular PAC obtained by pressure Spray drying polyaluminum chloride has excellent dust-proof performance and flow performance.
The PAC produced by Shandong Jiahua are all spray process PAC, including industrial wastewater grade PAC, drinking water grade light yellow PAC, and white PAC. Not only are they of excellent quality, they are well received by customers.
